5	5	WHEREAS, Kevin Sean Roberts has distinguished himself in his
6	6	responsibilities as an aide in the office of State Representative
7	7	Venton Jones during the 88th Legislative Session; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Roberts has provided
9	9	vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,
10	10	including conducting policy research on such critical issues as
11	11	public health and education; and
12	12	WHEREAS, Mr. Roberts is a graduate of The University of Texas
13	13	at Austin, where he earned a bachelor's degree in government with a
14	14	minor in communication and social change; actively involved on
15	15	campus, he served as speaker of the assembly for Student Government
16	16	and as vice president of the University Democrats group; and
17	17	WHEREAS, Kevin Roberts has performed his duties as a
18	18	legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
19	19	deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
20	20	be it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
22	22	Legislature hereby commend Kevin Sean Roberts for his service as a
23	23	legislative aide in the office of State Representative Venton Jones
24	24	and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all
25	25	his endeavors; and, be it further
26	26	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
27	27	prepared for Mr. Roberts as an expression of high regard by the
28	28	Texas House of Representatives.
