| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, A number of talented individuals have ably served |

| 6 | 6 | | their fellow Texans through their service in the office of State |

| 7 | 7 | | Representative Jessica González during the 88th Legislative |
|---|

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, each member of this |

| 10 | 10 | | exceptional team has worked diligently in behalf of the |

| 11 | 11 | | constituents of House District 104; during the session, they have |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | supported Representative González in her role on the Business & |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Industry and Urban Affairs Committees, and they have assisted with |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | legislation related to indigent defense laws, voting rights for |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Texans with disabilities, food insecurity, landlord fee |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | disclosures, major events reimbursement, and polling location |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | preparation; and |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The members of this notable group include chief of |

| 19 | 19 | | staff Zanir Ali and legislative director Trip Davis; the office has |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | further benefited from the efforts of Kimmy Guzmán, a legislative |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | aide through the Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program, and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Abbie Staiger, a communications and legislative aide; and |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, These outstanding Texans have performed their |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | duties with great skill and dedication, and they are indeed |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | deserving of special recognition for their fine work; now, |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | therefore, be it |

| 27 | 27 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 28 | 28 | | Legislature hereby commend the staff members who have served in the |
