| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Andrew Casler has earned great distinction with his |

| 7 | 7 | | the Houston Independent School District; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 9 | 9 | | students, faculty, and staff of Oak Forest Elementary, Mr. Casler |

| 10 | 10 | | has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | educational environment on campus; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | vitality of our state, and Andrew Casler is playing an instrumental |

| 14 | 14 | | role in helping students to reach their full potential and become |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | engaged and productive members of their community; now, therefore, |

| 17 | 17 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
