| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Alma |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | Delia Perez of Corpus Christi, who passed away on December 3, 2022, |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | at the age of 76; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Antonio and Ramona Ramirez Gonzalez, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | the former Delia Gonzalez was born in Robstown on December 21, 1945; |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | she grew up with a sister, Adriana, and two brothers, Ruben and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Armando; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, She married Arnoldo Perez, and they were blessed |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | with two daughters, Darlene and Sonia, and two sons, Arnold Anthony |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and Arnoldo; a loving wife and mother, Mrs. Perez devoted herself |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | to her home and family, which eventually grew to include five |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | grandchildren, Mariah, Gabriela, Hannah, Arnold Anthony, and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Faith, as well as three great-grandchildren, Jayven, Alani, and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Rio; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Although Alma Perez will be deeply missed, she has |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | left her family and friends with a wealth of memories that they will |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | forever treasure; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 23 | 23 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Alma Delia Perez and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: to her |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | daughter, Sonia De La Garza, and her husband, Elias; to her son, |

| 26 | 26 | | Arnoldo Perez, and his wife, Martha; to her grandchildren, Mariah |

| 27 | 27 | | Longoria, Gabriela Hernandez and her husband, Joshua, Hannah Pfrang |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | and her husband, Jared, Arnold Anthony Perez, and Faith Chavez; to |

| 29 | 29 | | her great-grandchildren, Jayven Jaramillo, Alani Longoria, and Rio |
