8 | 8 | | Moody, during the 88th Legislative Session; and |

9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Page has provided vital |
---|
10 | 10 | | support in coordinating a wide variety of committee logistics, |
---|
11 | 11 | | including assisting witnesses and staff and preparing for upcoming |
---|
12 | 12 | | hearings; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field |
---|
13 | 13 | | of public service, she has learned more about the nuances involved |
---|
14 | 14 | | in the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the |
---|
15 | 15 | | Lone Star State; and |
---|
16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Page holds a bachelor's degree from the |

17 | 17 | | University of Washington in Seattle and a master's degree in public |
---|
18 | 18 | | affairs from The University of Texas at Austin Lyndon B. Johnson |
---|
19 | 19 | | School of Public Affairs, where she is a graduate assistant in the |
---|
20 | 20 | | Prison and Jail Innovation Lab; she previously completed an |
---|
21 | 21 | | internship with the Office of Management and Budget, and she has |
---|
22 | 22 | | served as a research analyst for the City of Austin, as well as a |
---|
23 | 23 | | research assistant for the Earthworm Foundation; additionally, she |
---|
24 | 24 | | has worked as a client program specialist at the Davis Wright |
---|
25 | 25 | | Tremaine law firm; and |
---|
26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Sabrina Page has performed her duties as assistant |
---|
27 | 27 | | clerk with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of |
---|
28 | 28 | | special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it |
---|
29 | 29 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

30 | 30 | | Legislature hereby commend Sabrina Page for her service as |

31 | 31 | | assistant clerk for the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee and |
