H.R. No. 2451
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Pharaoh J. Clark has ably served his fellow Texans
as chief of staff in the office of State Representative Josey Garcia
during the 88th Legislature; and
WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, Mr. Clark
has contributed to the workings of state government firsthand;
handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, he has provided vital
leadership, fostered a positive teamwork environment, and helped
ensure the efficient operation of the representative's office;
moreover, he played an instrumental role in the preparation of more
than 200 pieces of legislation during the course of the session; and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Pharaoh J. Clark for his service as
chief of staff in the office of State Representative Josey Garcia
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all
his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Clark as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
