| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Pharaoh J. Clark has ably served his fellow Texans |

| 6 | 6 | | as chief of staff in the office of State Representative Josey Garcia |

| 7 | 7 | | during the 88th Legislature; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, Mr. Clark |

| 9 | 9 | | has contributed to the workings of state government firsthand; |

| 10 | 10 | | handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, he has provided vital |

| 11 | 11 | | leadership, fostered a positive teamwork environment, and helped |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | ensure the efficient operation of the representative's office; |

| 13 | 13 | | moreover, he played an instrumental role in the preparation of more |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | than 200 pieces of legislation during the course of the session; and |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |

| 16 | 16 | | duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |

| 17 | 17 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 20 | 20 | | Legislature hereby commend Pharaoh J. Clark for his service as |
