| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Ana Guel has been named valedictorian of the Class |

| 6 | 6 | | of 2023 at Skyline High School in Dallas, and she indeed merits |

| 7 | 7 | | special recognition for receiving this significant honor; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |

| 9 | 9 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |

| 10 | 10 | | highest academic standards; in securing her place as the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | top-ranking student in her class, Ms. Guel demonstrated a thorough |

| 12 | 12 | | understanding of a wide range of subjects, and her attainment of |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable |

|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In addition to the pride inherent in being |

| 16 | 16 | | recognized for her hard work, Ms. Guel has gained the opportunity |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, During her years at Skyline High, Ana Guel has |

| 21 | 21 | | classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability and commitment |

| 24 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
