| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Eric Arec has been named valedictorian of the Class |

| 6 | 6 | | of 2023 at H. Grady Spruce High School in Dallas, and he indeed |

| 7 | 7 | | merits special recognition for receiving this significant honor; |

|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |

| 10 | 10 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |

| 11 | 11 | | highest academic standards; in securing his place as the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | top-ranking student in his class, Mr. Arec demonstrated a thorough |

| 13 | 13 | | understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his attainment of |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable |

|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, In addition to the pride inherent in being |

| 17 | 17 | | recognized for his hard work, Mr. Arec has gained the opportunity |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, During his years at Spruce High, Eric Arec has |

| 22 | 22 | | classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and commitment |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
