| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Owned by Alfred Engstrand, this year's Big Boy |

| 12 | 12 | | Hester Small Business of the Year is a full-service catering |

| 13 | 13 | | company that provides food for a wide range of local events, |

| 14 | 14 | | including festivals, corporate events, and chamber functions, and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Small businesses play a critical role in meeting the |

| 17 | 17 | | needs of area residents, and this notable accolade is a fitting |

| 18 | 18 | | recognition of the valued service that Alfred's Catering provides |

| 19 | 19 | | to the Round Rock community; now, therefore, be it |

| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
