5	5	WHEREAS, Oscar Rodriguez received the Emerging Leader Award
6	6	from the Round Rock Chamber at the organization's 55th Annual
7	7	Business Awards on February 15, 2023; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Each year, the Round Rock Chamber recognizes an
9	9	emerging leader under the age of 40 who has achieved professional
10	10	success and whose contributions have made a meaningful impact in
11	11	the community; and
12	12	WHEREAS, Employed with the Round Rock Express baseball team,
13	13	Oscar Rodriguez has served on the Round Rock Chamber Board of
14	14	Directors and Talent Development Council; in addition, he is a
15	15	founding member of the Round Rock Young Professionals Committee;
16	16	and
17	17	WHEREAS, Oscar Rodriguez has demonstrated a lasting
18	18	commitment to making Round Rock a better place for all, and in so
19	19	doing, he has earned the deep respect and appreciation of his fellow
20	20	residents; now, therefore, be it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
22	22	Legislature hereby congratulate Oscar Rodriguez on his receipt of
23	23	the Emerging Leader Award from the Round Rock Chamber and extend to
24	24	him sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
25	25	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
26	26	prepared for Mr. Rodriguez as an expression of high regard by the
27	27	Texas House of Representatives.
