| 12 | 12 | | quality of life; in 2022, Plano was recognized as the ninth best |

| 13 | 13 | | city to find a job by WalletHub and as a best place to live in |

| 14 | 14 | | America by MSN, while maintaining its status as one of the safest |

| 15 | 15 | | cities in America as recognized by SmartAsset and being recognized |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Contributing greatly to the city's success is the |

| 18 | 18 | | Plano Chamber of Commerce, which is committed to supporting |

| 19 | 19 | | economic growth through advocacy, education, innovation, and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | collaboration; promoting the city's outstanding workforce, |

|---|
| 22 | 22 | | accessibility, the chamber represents many iconic global |

| 23 | 23 | | corporations, including Toyota Motor North America, Liberty Mutual |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, The Plano Independent School District is likewise |

| 32 | 32 | | benefiting the city and area residents, with nearly 7,000 members |

| 33 | 33 | | of its faculty and staff working to prepare the district's nearly |

| 34 | 34 | | 50,000 students for the challenges and opportunities that lie |

| 35 | 35 | | ahead; the teachers of Plano ISD average more than 11 years of |

| 36 | 36 | | experience, and 36 percent of them hold master's degrees or above; |

| 37 | 37 | | nearly 96 percent of Plano ISD students graduate in four years, and |

| 38 | 38 | | their scores on college entrance exams continue to exceed those of |

| 39 | 39 | | their peers nationwide; in addition, 103 Plano ISD seniors were |

| 40 | 40 | | awarded semifinalist standing in the 2021 National Merit |

| 51 | 51 | | experience unparalleled quality of life, and the City of Plano, the |
