| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Bandera County elected |

| 6 | 6 | | official drew to a close when Robert Harris retired as county |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | commissioner for Precinct 2; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, During his time in office, Mr. Harris served his |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | fellow citizens with distinction, completing a notable tenure that |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | spanned 15 years; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | good governance, Robert Harris has helped make Bandera County an |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, |

| 16 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 17 | 17 | | Legislature hereby commend Robert Harris for his service as Bandera |

| 18 | 18 | | County commissioner for Precinct 2 and extend to him sincere best |

| 19 | 19 | | wishes for the future; and, be it further |
