| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Medina County elected |

| 6 | 6 | | official drew to a close when Glenn Klaus retired as justice of the |

| 7 | 7 | | peace; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of his tenure, Judge Klaus served |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | his fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the myriad |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | responsibilities of his office; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | good governance, Glenn Klaus has helped make Medina County an even |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | better place in which to live and work, and he has set a standard of |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Legislature hereby commend Glenn Klaus for his service as a Medina |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | County justice of the peace and extend to him sincere best wishes |

| 18 | 18 | | for the future; and, be it further |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |

| 20 | 20 | | prepared for Judge Klaus as an expression of high regard by the |
