| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Crockett County elected |

| 6 | 6 | | official drew to a close when Raymond Borrego retired as constable; |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of his tenure, Mr. Borrego served |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | his fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the myriad |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | responsibilities of his office; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | good governance, Raymond Borrego has helped make Crockett County an |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, |

| 15 | 15 | | be it |

| 16 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 17 | 17 | | Legislature hereby commend Raymond Borrego for his service as |

| 18 | 18 | | Crockett County constable and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
