H.R. No. 387
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The service of an admired Pecos County official drew
to a close when Sandra Wilson retired as the 83rd District Attorney
on December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Wilson served her
fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the myriad
responsibilities of her office; and
WHEREAS, Through her dedication and commitment to good
governance, Sandra Wilson has helped make Pecos County an even
better place in which to live and work, and she has set a standard of
excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Sandra Wilson for her service as the
83rd District Attorney in Pecos County and extend to her sincere
best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Wilson as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
