| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Stafford first gained widespread acclaim at |

| 9 | 9 | | Highland Park High School in Dallas, where he paced the Scots to a |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | perfect 2005 campaign that culminated with the UIL 4A Division 1 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | state championship; continuing his career at the University of |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Georgia, he garnered All-American and All-Southeastern Conference |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | honors, and he was named the Offensive Most Valuable Player of the |

| 14 | 14 | | 2006 Chick-fil-A Bowl and the MVP of the 2009 Capital One Bowl; and |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In 2009, Mr. Stafford was selected by the Detroit |
