| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, December 5, 2022, was indeed a special day in the |

| 6 | 6 | | lives of Jorge Antonio Borrego and Alexandria Cisneros Borrego of |

| 7 | 7 | | San Antonio, for on that day they became the proud parents of a |

| 8 | 8 | | darling baby boy, Jace Antonio Borrego; and |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Jace weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces, when he made his |

| 10 | 10 | | long-awaited debut at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at 7:30 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | a.m.; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to his |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | parents, Jace's birth has delighted his maternal grandparents, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Richard and Belinda Cisneros, and his paternal grandparents, Juan |

| 15 | 15 | | Borrego and Dalia Camacho; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Jace begins his life secure in the safe and loving |

| 17 | 17 | | embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication, and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | guidance, he may truly look forward to a bright and promising |
