| 11 | 11 | | conditions; over the past several years, SynergenX has expanded its |

| 12 | 12 | | service offerings to include women's hormone replacement therapy, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | weight management services, and body composition analysis to |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | address the health, fitness, and wellness concerns of men and women |
|---|

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Embracing a holistic approach to patient care, |
