55 WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate
66 the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of
77 our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to
88 recognize the exemplary service of Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez; and
99 WHEREAS, Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez has distinguished herself
1010 through her dedicated efforts as secretary of the Fabens
1111 Independent School District Board of Trustees, and the skill and
1212 professionalism she has demonstrated in this important role have
1313 earned her the respect and admiration of her fellow Texans; and
1414 WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties,
1515 Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez greatly benefits the students, faculty, and
1616 staff she serves, and her achievements make her a worthy role model
1717 for other women seeking public office; and
1818 WHEREAS, The Lone Star State is fortunate to have passionate
1919 and engaged leaders like Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez, and she may
2020 take justifiable pride in her contributions and in the inspiring
2121 example she has set for others; now, therefore, be it
2222 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
2323 Legislature hereby commend Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez for her
2424 service as secretary of the Fabens Independent School District
2525 Board of Trustees and extend to her sincere best wishes for
2626 continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it further
2727 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2828 prepared for Ms. Sepulveda Ramirez as an expression of high regard
2929 by the Texas House of Representatives.
