| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate |

| 6 | 6 | | the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of |

| 7 | 7 | | our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to |

| 8 | 8 | | recognize the exemplary service of Yvonne Colon-Villalobos; and |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Colon-Villalobos has distinguished herself |

| 10 | 10 | | through her dedicated efforts as a member of the Socorro City |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Council, and the skill and professionalism she has demonstrated in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | this important role have earned her the respect and admiration of |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | her fellow Texans; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties, |

| 15 | 15 | | Ms. Colon-Villalobos greatly benefits the citizens she serves, and |

| 16 | 16 | | her achievements make her a worthy role model for other women |
