| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 10 | 10 | | Ms. De La Rosa has led the way in fostering a supportive and |

| 11 | 11 | | challenging educational environment on campus; and |

| 13 | 13 | | vitality of our state, and Nadia De La Rosa is playing an |
