| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 10 | 10 | | students, faculty, and staff of Lorenzo G. Alarcon Elementary |

| 11 | 11 | | School, Ms. De Santos has led the way in fostering a supportive and |

| 12 | 12 | | challenging educational environment on campus; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |

| 14 | 14 | | vitality of our state, and Leticia De Santos is playing an |

| 15 | 15 | | instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential |
