| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Jesus Mendez has earned great distinction with his |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 9 | 9 | | students, faculty, and staff of Mission Ridge Elementary School, |

| 10 | 10 | | Mr. Mendez has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging |

| 11 | 11 | | educational environment on campus; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |

| 13 | 13 | | vitality of our state, and Jesus Mendez is playing an instrumental |
