| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Born at St. David's North Austin Medical Center, |

| 10 | 10 | | Parker made her debut at 5:12 a.m., weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and |

| 11 | 11 | | measuring 20.75 inches in length; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The welcome committee for this bundle of joy |

| 13 | 13 | | included her big sister, Bradley Harper Bucy, as well as doting |

| 14 | 14 | | grandparents Virginia Lannen, John Bucy II and Tatyana |
