| 14 | 14 | COUNTERTERRORISM MEASURES. Information in the custody of a | |
| 15 | 15 | governmental body that relates to fraud detection and deterrence | |
| 16 | 16 | measures or counterterrorism measures is confidential and excepted | |
| 17 | 17 | from the requirements of Section 552.021. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
