| 13 | 13 | service applicable only to entities that qualify for a sales tax or | |
| 14 | 14 | ad valorem tax exemption that is higher than a rate established for | |
| 15 | 15 | entities that receive comparable utility service. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
