AN ACT
relating to the provision of mobile emergency medical services by
the Big Bend Regional Hospital District.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 1007, Special District
Local Laws Code, is amended by adding Section 1007.1055 to read as
follows:
Sec. 1007.1055. MOBILE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES. The
district may provide mobile emergency medical services within the
district's boundaries.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
