| 13 | 13 | offense if the person knowingly distributes, sells, or possesses | |
| 14 | 14 | with intent to distribute or sell a consumable hemp product that is | |
| 15 | 15 | marketed or packaged to appear similar to a candy. | |
| 16 | 16 | (b) An offense under this section is a felony of the second | |
| 17 | 17 | degree. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
