S.B. No. 2260
AN ACT
relating to management review of certain investigations conducted
by the Department of Family and Protective Services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 48.1523, Human Resources Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
