| 15 | 15 | related to the following legislative packages passed by Congress: | |
| 16 | 16 | 1. American Rescue Plan Act; | |
| 17 | 17 | 2. Inflation Reduction Act; and | |
| 18 | 18 | 3. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. | |
| 19 | 19 | Section 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
