| 10 | 10 | | SECTION 1. Section 437.0194(a), Health and Safety Code, is |

| 12 | 12 | | SECTION 2. The heading to Section 437.0194, Health and |

| 13 | 13 | | Safety Code, is amended to read as follows: |
