| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 42.043, Human Resources Code, is amended | |
| 11 | 11 | by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (g) A child-care facility may provide notice of the | |
| 13 | 13 | percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in | |
| 14 | 14 | accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
