| 7 | 7 | | parents of their fourth child, Mary Faustina Garcia; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 7 pounds, 1 |

| 9 | 9 | | ounce, and measured 19.75 inches in length when she made her |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | long-awaited debut at 12:28 p.m. at Ascension Seton Medical Center |

| 11 | 11 | | in Austin; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mary's birth has brought great happiness not only to |

| 13 | 13 | | her parents but also to her siblings, C. J., John Paul, and Fulton, |

| 14 | 14 | | and the entire Garcia family is looking forward to receiving a Texas |

| 15 | 15 | | flag that will be flown at the State Capitol to commemorate the |

| 16 | 16 | | arrival of its newest member; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Mary has begun her life sheltered in the safe and |

| 18 | 18 | | loving embrace of her family, and with their support, dedication, |
