SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 248
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Carmen Liza Kinsman and Joshua Lee Kinsman on the
joyful occasion of their marriage; and
WHEREAS, Carmen Liza Kinsman and Joshua Lee Kinsman were
united in holy matrimony on December 3, 2022, in Canyon Lake; and
WHEREAS, The happy couple is looking forward to spending a
lifetime sharing their love and mutual respect, and their
marriage brings great joy to their families and friends; and
WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is happy to send warmest
greetings to Carmen and Joshua as they begin their new life
together; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Carmen Liza
Kinsman and Joshua Lee Kinsman and wish them many years of
happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
them as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
