 SENATE RESOLUTION
 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
 recognize Tint-On-Wheels on the occasion of its 25th
 anniversary; and
 WHEREAS, Tint-On-Wheels is a window-tinting company in
 McAllen renowned for its excellent service, expert staff, and
 high-quality products at modest prices; for 25 years, the company
 has provided window-tinting for automobiles, offices, homes, and
 recreational vehicles to residents and businesses in the Rio
 Grande Valley; and
 WHEREAS, Tint-On-Wheels, founded by David Padilla in 1998,
 began as a home-based business that grew into a successful local
 enterprise and eventually expanded to operate out of rented
 shops; the business now serves customers at its shop on North
 Colonel Rowe Boulevard in building space purchased by David
 Padilla in 2020; Mr. Padilla has employed dedicated,
 experienced, and skillful technicians, who have helped the
 company reach new heights over the years by delivering
 exceptional service and maximum value to satisfied customers;
 and
 WHEREAS, Since its establishment, Tint-On-Wheels has been
 a trusted business in the McAllen community and has exceeded
 customer expectations by faithfully serving its clients in the
 Rio Grande Valley with the utmost courtesy and professionalism;
 it is indeed fitting that this respected business receive special
 recognition on its success and its positive contributions to
 McAllen's residents and business community; now, therefore, be
 it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
 Legislature, hereby commend the owners, management, and staff of
 Tint-On-Wheels for providing reliable and high-quality service
 to the McAllen community throughout the years and extend to them
 congratulations on the company's 25th anniversary and best
 wishes for the future; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
 the business as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
