| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Tint-On-Wheels is a window-tinting company in |

| 6 | 6 | | McAllen renowned for its excellent service, expert staff, and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | high-quality products at modest prices; for 25 years, the company |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | has provided window-tinting for automobiles, offices, homes, and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | recreational vehicles to residents and businesses in the Rio |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Grande Valley; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Tint-On-Wheels, founded by David Padilla in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1998, began as a home-based business that grew into a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | successful local enterprise and eventually expanded to operate |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | out of rented shops; the business now serves customers at its |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | shop on North Colonel Rowe Boulevard in building space |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | purchased by David Padilla in 2020; Mr. Padilla has employed |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | dedicated, experienced, and skillful technicians, who have |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | helped the company reach new heights over the years by |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | delivering exceptional service and maximum value to satisfied |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | customers; and |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Since its establishment, Tint-On-Wheels has |

| 22 | 22 | | been a trusted business in the McAllen community and has |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | exceeded customer expectations by faithfully serving its |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | clients in the Rio Grande Valley with the utmost courtesy and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | professionalism; it is indeed fitting that this respected |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | business receive special recognition on its success and its |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | positive contributions to McAllen's residents and business |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | community; now, therefore, be it |

| 29 | 29 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th |
