8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Nevaeh Bravo was born in Uvalde on January 12, |

9 | 9 | | 2012, to loving parents Maria Magdalene Garcia and Juan Julian |

10 | 10 | | Bravo; she enjoyed the companionship of her two brothers, Juan |

11 | 11 | | and Xavier, and her sister, Monique, and she was also cherished |

12 | 12 | | by her grandparents and her many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and |

13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Nevaeh was a caring and devoted daughter who |

14 | 14 | | always helped out her parents when they needed her; she was |
---|
15 | 15 | | blessed with a wide circle of loved ones, and with her joyful |
---|
16 | 16 | | spirit, she brought smiles to the faces of everyone she |

17 | 17 | | encountered; she liked playing softball and riding her bicycle as |
---|
18 | 18 | | well as a horse owned by her grandfather's brother; her favorite |

19 | 19 | | colors were pink and purple, and she was also fond of drawing and |
---|
20 | 20 | | watching and making TikTok videos with her brother and cousin; |

22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Although Nevaeh Bravo is profoundly missed by |

23 | 23 | | many people, she has left behind a legacy of love that the passage |

24 | 24 | | of time can never diminish; now, therefore, be it |

25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th |

26 | 26 | | Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the life of Nevaeh Alyssa |
