 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends were deeply saddened by the
 passing of William Kevin Gallagher of Mabank on March 22, 2023, at
 the age of 70; and
 WHEREAS, The son of Dr. William Gallagher and Gerry Kuskey,
 Bill Gallagher was born in Portland, Oregon, on September 4, 1952,
 and he grew up with the companionship of three siblings, Debbie,
 Kerry, and David; answering his nation's call to duty, he proudly
 served in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Germany,
 and he was also a member of the Air National Guard in Oregon; and
 WHEREAS, Following his honorable discharge from the
 military, Mr. Gallagher began working as a regional manager for
 Chesebrough-Ponds; he went on to work in sales for Western Paper,
 and in 1995, he started his own company, Primadata, Inc.; his
 dedication to meeting the needs of the company's customers was
 widely appreciated, and his strong work ethic set a positive
 example for his staff; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Gallagher and his wife, Patty, married on
 July 4, 2005, and they shared a fulfilling relationship that
 spanned more than 17 years; he took great pride in his son, Richard
 Kevin Gallagher, who preceded him in death, and in his two stepsons,
 Trinidad and Valentino; in his leisure time, he enjoyed playing
 golf, grilling, watching NASCAR, and operating remote control
 planes; he drew strength from his Christian faith and was a member
 of the congregation at Sand Springs Church; and
 WHEREAS, Although Bill Gallagher is deeply missed, memories
 of his integrity, his sense of humor, and his devotion to his family
 remain to comfort and inspire those he leaves behind; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature
 hereby pay tribute to the memory of William Kevin Gallagher and
 extend sincere condolences to his loved ones; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns this
 day, it do so in memory of Bill Gallagher.
