5+ R E S O L U T I O N
26 WHEREAS, Dr. Mark Bronson, owner of the Bronson Clinic in
37 Fort Worth, has received the 2023 Paul M. Tullio Award from the
48 National Board of Chiropractic Examiners; and
5- WHEREAS, Named in honor of Dr. Paul Tullio, a renowned
6- leader in the chiropractic field, the Tullio Award recognizes
7- individuals who have distinguished themselves in any or all of
8- the areas of examination development, administration, analysis,
9- or scoring for the chiropractic profession; and
9+ WHEREAS, Named in honor of Dr. Paul Tullio, a renowned leader

12+ examination development, administration, analysis, or scoring for

1014 WHEREAS, In addition to operating the Bronson Clinic,
1115 Dr. Bronson has served as a designated doctor for the Texas
12- Department of Insurance's Division of Workers' Compensation and
13- as chief examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic
14- Examiners; he has been active in the Texas Chiropractic
15- Association as president of his district, as state director, as a
16- board member, and as coordinator of the organization's
17- Department of Scientific Affairs, and he was honored with its
18- Doctor of the Year award; in 2016, he was appointed by Governor
19- Greg Abbott to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, where
20- he is currently serving his second term; and

2226 administration degree in finance from The University of Texas at
23- Austin and a doctor of chiropractic degree from Texas
24- Chiropractic College; he is a member of the American Chiropractic
25- Association and the Texas Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists,
26- and he holds certifications in chiropractic orthopedics, pain
27- management, disability analysis, and neuromusculoskeletal
28- medicine; and
27+ Austin and a doctor of chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic
28+ College; he is a member of the American Chiropractic Association
29+ and the Texas Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists, and he holds
30+ certifications in chiropractic orthopedics, pain management,

2932 WHEREAS, Mark Bronson has served his patients and his peers
30- with great dedication, and it is a privilege to join in honoring
31- him for his myriad achievements; now, therefore, be it
32- RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
33- Legislature, hereby congratulate Dr. Mark Bronson on his receipt
34- of the 2023 Paul M. Tullio Award from the National Board of
35- Chiropractic Examiners and commend him for his outstanding
36- contributions to the chiropractic profession and to the health
37- and well-being of his fellow Texans; and, be it further
33+ with great dedication, and it is a privilege to join in honoring him
34+ for his myriad achievements; now, therefore, be it
35+ RESOLVED, That the Senate of the 88th Texas Legislature
36+ hereby congratulate Dr. Mark Bronson on his receipt of the 2023
37+ Paul M. Tullio Award from the National Board of Chiropractic
38+ Examiners and commend him for his outstanding contributions to the
39+ chiropractic profession and to the health and well-being of his
40+ fellow Texans; and, be it further
3841 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
