| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, Ashley Merz has ably served her fellow Texans as |

| 4 | 4 | | Campbell during the 88th Legislative Session; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Merz has managed |

| 6 | 6 | | such activities as bill analysis, scheduling, and coordination, |

| 7 | 7 | | and her exceptional communication skills have allowed her to |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | effectively engage with stakeholders and build constructive |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | relationships with legislators and staff; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Through her leadership and collaborative |

| 11 | 11 | | approach, Ms. Merz has fostered high morale in a positive work |

| 12 | 12 | | environment, enhancing the productivity of the legislative team; |

| 13 | 13 | | she has set a sterling example through her attention to detail |

| 15 | 15 | | carrying forth Senator Campbell's legislative agenda have helped |

| 16 | 16 | | address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her |

| 18 | 18 | | duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and she |

| 19 | 19 | | is indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; |
