| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, Connie Sinclair is retiring from John B. Connally |

| 3 | 3 | | High School in the Pflugerville Independent School District on |

| 4 | 4 | | May 30, 2023, drawing to a close an exemplary tenure with the |

| 5 | 5 | | school; and |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Mrs. Sinclair has worked in the front office at |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | Connally High for 25 years; a beloved fixture at the school, she |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | was honored with its Humanitarian of the Year award in 2000, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 2009, and 2022, and she was named Employee of the Month in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | February 2019; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, In all her endeavors, Mrs. Sinclair enjoys the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | love and support of her husband of 31 years, David; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedication, professionalism, and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | commitment to excellence, Connie Sinclair has greatly benefited |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | the students and staff of Connally High School and earned the |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | respect and admiration of all those who have been fortunate |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | enough to work with her, and she may indeed reflect with pride on |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | a career well spent as she embarks on the next exciting chapter of |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | her life; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th |

| 21 | 21 | | Legislature, hereby congratulate Connie Sinclair on her |

| 22 | 22 | | retirement from John B. Connally High School and extend to her |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
