5	6		BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
6	7		Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, That Senate Rule 12.03 be
7	8		suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the
8		-	conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on
9		-	~~House~~ Bill 9 (the development and funding of broadband and

10	11		telecommunications services) to consider and take action on the
11	12		following matter:

26		-	Replacement Program established under Section 403.503,
27		-	Government Code, as added by Chapter 659 (H.B. 1505), Acts of the
28		-	87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, after the effective
29		-	date of this Act.
