| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, December 7, 2022, was indeed a special day in the |

| 6 | 6 | | lives of Megan and Clayton Travis of Austin, for on that day they |

| 7 | 7 | | became the proud parents of a darling baby girl, Annie Quinn Travis; |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Annie weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured |

| 10 | 10 | | 18-1/4 inches in length when she made her long-awaited debut at |

| 11 | 11 | | 1:23 a.m. at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Round Rock; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to her |

| 13 | 13 | | parents, Annie's birth has delighted her grandparents, Debbie and |

| 14 | 14 | | Randy Brown, Michael Dougherty, Denise Carrell, and Troy and |

| 15 | 15 | | Cynthia Travis; and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Annie begins her life secure in the safe and loving |

| 17 | 17 | | embrace of her family, and with their support, dedication, and |

| 18 | 18 | | guidance, she may truly look forward to a bright and promising |
