SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 21
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Bobby and Lindsey Kasprzak on their outstanding
service to Montgomery County through their philanthropic
nonprofit organization, the Apricity Foundation; and
WHEREAS, The Apricity Foundation, founded by Bobby and
Lindsey Kasprzak in 2021, supports a number of small to midsize
nonprofits in Montgomery County; since its establishment, the
foundation has donated $750,000 to local charities, and in the
first half of 2023, it disbursed funds to more than 40
organizations; and
WHEREAS, Under the leadership of Lindsey Kasprzak, board
president, and with attorney Bobby Kasprzak's legal guidance,
the Apricity Foundation has distributed grants ranging from
$5,000 to $25,000 to Love Heals Youth, which supports foster
children and families, as well as to organizations that assist
widows, pregnant women, victims of abuse, and women involved with
Heaven's Army, a ministry that houses and restores vulnerable
women; and
WHEREAS, Guided by an unwavering commitment to helping
those in need, Bobby and Lindsey encourage the practices of
service and charity within their organization and in their
community; the foundation's board members give generously of
their time to organize and attend such community events as the
foundation's annual gala and the county fair, and they have
inspired a culture of altruism in Montgomery County; and
WHEREAS, Bobby and Lindsey are devoted parents to their
daughter Sarah, whom they have raised by loving example; they are
a source of positivity and inspiration to their friends and
fellow members of their community, and they are truly deserving
of special recognition for their generous philanthropy; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commend Bobby and Lindsey
Kasprzak on their many contributions to Montgomery County and to
the Lone Star State and extend to them best wishes for continued
success in all of their endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
them as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
