18 | | - | WHEREAS, Mr. Martinez married the love of his life, |

21 | | - | firm Martinez & Associates in 1996, and until his passing, |
---|
22 | | - | Mr. Martinez represented major industries and law enforcement |

23 | | - | entities, providing expertise regarding a number of challenging |

24 | | - | issues; a loyal and diligent advocate for his clients, he |

25 | | - | distinguished himself through his integrity, professionalism, |

26 | | - | and deep expertise in the inner workings of government; his big |

27 | | - | heart, engaging personality, and wonderful sense of humor |
