| 8 | 8 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 9 | 9 | | SECTION 1. Section 311.005, Government Code, is amended by |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | adding Subdivisions (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), and (20) to |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | read as follows: |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | (14) "Boy" means a child of the male sex. |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | (15) "Father" means a parent of the male sex. |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (16) "Female" and "woman" mean an individual whose |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova. |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | (17) "Girl" means a child of the female sex. |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | (18) "Male" and "man" mean an individual whose |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | a female. |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | (19) "Mother" means a parent of the female sex. |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (20) "Sex" means a person's biological sex, either |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | male or female. |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | last day of the legislative session. |
