|---|
| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The AFP Permian Basin Chapter was founded in 1993 |

| 16 | 17 | | and supports its members by offering a variety of valuable |

| 17 | 18 | | networking and training opportunities; each year, the group hosts |

| 18 | 19 | | an NPD event to honor the outstanding work of individuals, |

| 19 | 20 | | businesses, and organizations in the region that are dedicated to |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | giving back to the community; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, National Philanthropy Day provides a welcome |

| 22 | 23 | | opportunity to recognize those organizations that endeavor to make |

| 23 | 24 | | the world a better place, and the Mabee Foundation is setting an |

| 24 | 25 | | admirable example of generosity and civic engagement to which all |
