| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, The AFP Permian Basin Chapter was founded in 1993 |

| 19 | 20 | | networking and training opportunities; each year, the group hosts |

| 20 | 21 | | an NPD event to honor the outstanding work of individuals, |

| 21 | 22 | | businesses, and organizations in the region that are dedicated to |

| 23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, National Philanthropy Day provides a welcome |

| 24 | 25 | | opportunity to recognize those individuals who endeavor to make the |

| 25 | 26 | | world a better place, and the Black family is setting an admirable |

| 26 | 27 | | example of generosity and civic engagement to which all may aspire; |
