12 | 13 | | Mr. Stubbs serves on the boards of Communities in Schools of the |

13 | 14 | | Permian Basin, Educate Midland, and the Education Partnership of |

14 | 15 | | the Permian Basin, as well as the REACH Network board; he further |

15 | 16 | | benefits his community as a member of the Midland Chamber of |

16 | 17 | | Commerce board of directors, and he is also on the executive board |

17 | 18 | | of the Association of Ingersoll Rand Distributors; in addition, he |

18 | 19 | | is the scoutmaster for BSA Troop No. 160; and |

19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Stubbs holds a degree in mechanical engineering |

20 | 21 | | from New Mexico State University; after working for Cummins Inc. |

21 | 22 | | and at a start-up company, he joined Air Compressor Solutions in |

22 | 23 | | 2015 and assumed his current position as president in 2017; and |

23 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Inspiring others through his exemplary civic |

24 | 25 | | engagement, Brian Stubbs has made a lasting, positive difference in |

25 | 26 | | his community, and he is indeed deserving of this most recent honor; |
